Key Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation throughout the organization.
• Analyze current processes and recommend solutions to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
• Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate Kaizen workshops and provide training on continuous improvement tools and best practices.
• Measure the results of improvement initiatives, monitor progress, and prepare reports for management.

Qualifications and Skills

You’re the ideal candidate if you:

• Hold a college diploma (DEC) or bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, or have experience in manufacturing or a related field, combined with curiosity and a strong desire to learn.
• Have the ability to engage and influence others while promoting the value of continuous improvement.
• Are self-motivated, organized, and structured in your approach.
• Have excellent communication skills and build strong relationships with others.
• Are proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Are comfortable communicating in English (considered an asset).
