Retrofits Project Manager

Description
Are you looking to take on a new challenge within a growing department in an industry undergoing major transformation? Do you want a role that keeps you at the heart of the action—communicating with multiple departments while ensuring outstanding customer service? Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a new Retrofit Project Coordinator to join us.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Manage retrofit projects, including communication with clients and various internal departments (engineering, PLC, optimization, etc.).
- Follow up on production and delivery dates.
- Organize installations when required, which may involve on-site presence.
- Provide follow-up with the client after installation/start-up.
- Ensure that parts manuals are reviewed and sent to clients.
- Collect important technical details from clients.
- Organize and coordinate various meetings.
- Provide spare parts lists and follow up with clients accordingly.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- College diploma (DEC) in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration (with experience in a manufacturing company and CRM usage), or any other equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong command of French and English, both spoken and written.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and relevant experience using a CRM.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
