Main tasks and responsibilities:

The Inside Sales Advisor has the responsibility to respond to the various requests in order to ensure good after-sales service and customer satisfaction. He/She will have to manage the entire order process, from receipt to delivery.

He/She must, among other things:

• Respond to customer inquiries (via email and phone).
• Receive and save orders sent by customers.
• Analyze quote requests to ensure understanding of the client’s request and the organization’s ability to meet its needs.
• Consult various internal and external collaborators to collect and confirm the necessary information.
• Send the quote to the client and various internal partners and follow up on it at various key moments.
• Manage and track order status.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage contingencies and potential obstacles related to order delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Send information to customers about company products and services.

Required qualifications and skills:

• Hold a professional or college degree in mechanics, drawing, administration, sales, or any other combination of training and relevant experience.
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Good knowledge of the Office suite and relevant experience in the use of a CRM (an asset).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in reading mechanical drawings and specifications (an asset).

Annual salary from 60K to 100K
